Most Spectacular Infinity Pools in the Caribbean

There is nothing quite like sitting in an infinity pool, cocktail in hand, with the ocean spreading out before you, and the sun pouring down on everything in sight. I love the beach, but sometimes it’s a nice change to lie back in an infinity pool and just feel like you’re in the ocean. It’s got all the perks of relaxation and being out in the sunshine, but none of the drags of having sand all over you once you get out and that salty ocean feeling that isn’t for everyone.

The Caribbean is an ideal location for an infinity pool, and many luxury resorts have cottoned on to the benefits of including an infinity pool in their set ups. Below is a list of some of the very best resorts in the Caribbean with infinity pools.

Bimini Bay Resort

As it’s just a quick 25-minute flight away from the south of Florida, the Bahamas couldn’t be more appealing and accessible to people from the US if it tried. How convenient! Tucked in Alice Town, Bimini Bay Resort is famed for being one of the most luxurious hotels in the Caribbean, and is constantly being rated highly on review sites. One of their two pools is an infinity pool, and from it you can take in a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the perfect spot in which to relax and forget about the world – all you can see is ocean for miles and miles.

Amanyara Resort Turks and Caicos

Amanyara Resort

Turks and Caicos

Just go on the website for Amanayara Resort and not be blown away – we dare you! This uber chic and super sleek luxury hotel in Turks and Caicos is the epitome of modern, design-savvy luxury, and the infinity pool fits in perfectly with all the indulgent yet simple décor. Here, you will find uninterrupted views of the ocean from the pool, and no doubt plenty of peace and quiet. Take a break from the water in one of their ‘salas’, small, intimate decked seating areas that take you closer to the ocean. We feel relaxed just talking about it.

Jade Mountain Resort

St Lucia

This resort finds itself on best in the Caribbean lists all the time, and that really come as no surprise whatsoever. It’s been voted the No. 1 Caribbean Honeymoon Resort, has claimed title of World’s Best Service, and instead of having one infinity pool to share between all the guests, suites have their very own private infinity pools for you to indulge in alone. Each pool in each suite has its own design and colour, complete with lights and different settings so you can illuminate your pool however you wish at night, and the views of the ocean and mountains from each are nothing short of spectacular. These are infinity pools at their very, very best.

Casa Kimball Domincan Republic

Casa Kimball

Domincan Republic

There really is no other way to describe the infinity pool in Casa Kimball than pure heaven – it’s as simple as that. With one of the best designs on this list, the simple and slick Casa Kimball gives basically as much surface area to its infinity pool as the whole hotel itself, and offers unadulterated views of the ocean beyond. Watch the setting sun as you float in its warm waters, and in all likelihood you’ll never want to leave this infinity pool ever again.

Hotel le Toiny

St Barth

This 5-star hotel in St Barth serves thousands of happy customers each year, that you can certainly tell from the 5 stars from reviews on TripAdvisor. Like the Jade Mountain Resort, several of their rooms and villas come with their own private infinity pools. Whilst your breakfast in being secretly delivered to your patio (yes, that’s a thing here – you can request it be set up without you even knowing…) take a dip in your very own pool and relax with your private views of the ocean. Welcome to paradise.

Four Seasons Nevis

Four Seasons

Trusty Four Seasons has managed to excel yet again in the Caribbean – we think it’s pretty hard for a Four Seasons to ever disappoint! Four Seasons in Nevis is no different. It has not one, not two, but three infinity pools, some looking out onto the gardens and the sea beyond, another tucks itself right up against the ocean and leaves nothing but sparkling watery views to enjoy. If you get bored of that, there’s a hot tub immediately next to one of them. Although, how you could ever get bored of an infinity pool, we don’t know.

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana Dominican Republic

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

Dominican Republic

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana describe their set up as an ‘oasis of cane-thatched sanctuaries’, and it’s fair to say that is a very accurate description – you certainly will find sanctuary here. These 51 small huts are among the best of the best when it comes to luxury accommodation in the Dominican Republic. Walk among all the other huts down towards the ocean, and you’ll find their huge, beautiful infinity pool. As you dive into the waters and swim towards the edge, you’ll find nothing but palm trees, sand, and ocean in from of you.

Villa Balinese

Turks and Caicos

For the very ultimate in Caribbean luxury, forget all these gorgeous hotels and rent your very own villa with an infinity pool to have all to yourself. Villa Balinese is a three-bedroomed villa in the very top realms of decadence in the Caribbean, fully equipped with everything you might need to sink into relaxation. Wake up in the morning and take a stroll out onto your patio, slide into the pool, and breathe in the magnificent views of the sea. The villa is situated up on the hills, so it is nothing but ocean before you. Which, let’s be honest, is the ultimate infinity pool experience on earth.

  1. Wow these are amazing!! Ive only been in one infinity pool, in Australia, and it was amazing. Would love to try one, or all, of these out!

  2. I like the one with all the colorful tiles and customizable options best. It might just be the photo but the first one looks like it blends in the best with the setting. If not for the slight line in the photo you’d never know it was not part of the ocean.

  3. Awesome post! The scenic views that infinity pools provide are awe-inspiring. I can’t pick one from the other. They all seem outstanding. I’ll just have try each one. :3
